Payment Policy

Booking & Deposit

A deposit of 30% is required on bookings of any tour arrangement to secure the booking.

The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour.

For bookings made less than 30 days before the tour begins, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and the customer will be subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Lesinko Tours accepts various forms of payment, including but not limited to:

• Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Union Pay)
• Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Union Pay)
• Direct Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
• Mobile Money Transfer (M-Pesa)

All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific payment method.

USD Currency Note

Please be aware that due to banking regulations in East Africa, we do not accept USD cash notes dated older than 2009. Please ensure your cash is in good condition, without tears or heavy wear.
