Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your safari with Lesinko Tours. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking Contract
A booking is confirmed and a contract exists when Lesinko Tours issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately.
2. Prices
Prices are based on costs, tariffs, taxes, levies, and exchange rates as of the date of booking. Lesinko Tours reserves the right to increase prices to cover increased costs, tariffs, taxes, and exchange rate fluctuations.
3. Insurance
It is mandatory that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, loss regarding baggage, and cancellation or curtailment of the holiday. Lesinko Tours does not provide travel insurance.
4. Medical Conditions & Disabilities
If you or any member of your party has any medical condition or disability which may affect your holiday, please provide us with full details before you confirm your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements.
5. Force Majeure
Lesinko Tours cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by "Force Majeure" (war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, etc.).
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Lesinko Tours acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors and shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, unless caused by our direct negligence.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
