Amendment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Amendment Policy
- Amendments to the itinerary cannot be made after tour departure.
- Changes to the itinerary before departure may be subject to new rates.
- Any amendment should be communicated via email to info@lesinkotours.com.
Refund Policy
What CAN be Refunded:
- If a tour requires a minimum number of travelers and is cancelled by us, you will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product.
- Refunds based on extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
What CANNOT be Refunded:
- Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
- No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure.
- Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable once booked.
- Hotel extensions and instant confirmation products (admission tickets, passes) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fees listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes".

| 10 days – 1 Year prior to departure | Credit note issued (valid for 1 year) |
| More than 1 year prior to departure | Full refund less 3.5% transaction charges |
* The notification day and departure day are NOT counted.
Credit Notes
- Credit Notes are valid for 1 year from the issue date.
- Credit notes are transferable.
- The validity period is extendable if communicated before expiration.
Refund Processing
On approval, refunds are processed within the following timelines:
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days
- Mobile Money: 72 Hours
